Fixed term contract until 19th September 2021

Salary at national minimum wage

Working pattern will be any 5 days over 7 (inclusive of weekends)

Working hours 0-37.5 variable contract

Yorkshire Sculpture Park have an exciting opportunity to work within their Galleries Team throughout our summer season as a Sessional Gallery Team Member, making a valuable contribution in providing an outstanding experience for all visitors to YSP.

Yorkshire Sculpture Park is an international centre for the creation, display and appreciation of modern and contemporary art – located in 500 acres of historic-designed landscape and five indoor galleries. Offering a unique platform for a range of practitioners, from major figures to emerging artists, it provides access to an important collection and extensive learning opportunities. YSP was awarded the prestigious Art Fund Museum of the Year in 2014 and welcomes over half a million visitors each year.

They are looking for someone who really enjoys engaging with people, making an effort to meet and greet, and talk to members of the public, and staff with a view to enriching the experience of visitors, whilst taking care in ensuring the security, and maintenance of sculpture on a daily basis.
