WIRED Online: Sound Adventures with Jo Kennedy

A free music technology course for girls, young women, non-binary people and other marginalised genders aged 11-18 years old and living in Yorkshire.

Ever wanted to make your own podcast?

In this free introductory six-week course you’ll learn about making audio recordings, edit them together and creatively use other sounds in your audio piece. By the end of the course, you’ll create a mini podcast episode on a topic of your choice.

No experience is necessary and you don’t have to be able to play a musical instrument.

You just need a mobile phone for recording, and a laptop or desktop computer to attend via Zoom, and carry out sound editing work.
