The Role:- Arts Development Officer
Salary - Band 6 (£26,556 - £29,854 pro-rata)
18.5 hrs/wk, 1 year maternity cover
Closing Date: 29th January 2017 @ Mid-night
What we are looking for:- Watford Borough Council is looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of arts development in a public sector environment. You will have a degree in a relevant subject and be able to work innovatively and effectively with a broad range of arts organisations and community partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of an Arts Framework, high profile town centre Big Events and arts projects that engage across the town.
A Disclosure Scotland check/ DBS enhanced check will be carried out for this post.
