Rhythms of the World Volunteers

Rhythms of the World is a registered charity which aims to unite communities through music and the Arts. Our main mechanism for achieving this aim is to organise a festival of world music, dance, art and cuisine in Hitchin, Hertfordshire each year. We also run an Outreach Programme during the year which brings music and the Arts to people who might not otherwise experience the Rhythms of the World festival – children and young people, those with disabilities and the elderly. The charity and the festival are led by volunteers and we aim to involve people of all ages, races, abilities and backgrounds in our work.
