Hamlet adaptation perfect for schools

Peppermint Muse Theatre Company is gearing up for its forthcoming production of Shakespeare's Hamlet. In a bold new interpretation of the text there are two Hamlets and a new title: Hold Off The Earth.

This haunting re-imagining of Hamlet, draws on material from the first three editions (including the lesser known First Quarto of 1603). It will run for approximately 2 hours, making it very accessible for younger audiences who are often put-off by the length of Shakespeare’s plays. With a cast of seven, original music and inventive movement the company will bring a vitality and relevancy to Shakespeare’s words that engages across all ages and is perfect for schools.
