Thai Feast
Punchy red chillies, sweetness of palm sugar and coconut, salty soy and fish sauces, fresh zestiness of lemon grass and limes. Hot, sweet, salty and sour - these are the flavours of Thailand. This cooking course is full of bright and warming flavours for the cold winter days and the perfect antidote to the winter blues! As we explore the principles of Thai cooking, we'll prepare everything we need to cook homemade spring rolls with a chilli dipping sauce, hot and sour soup, pad thai noodles, green and red curries and green papaya salad, some of the classics of the Thai kitchen, inspired by Holly’s travels through Thailand. Holly Jones is the head chef and joint owner of Manna from Devon cooking school.
