Experience the Magic of Planet Munch at Watford Fringe Festival

Experience the Magic of Planet Munch at Watford Fringe Festival

We are thrilled to bring you an exciting opportunity to experience the enchanting world of Planet Munch at this year's Watford Fringe Festival! Join us on Saturday, September 30th, at 9:45 AM in the Pumphouse Theatre for a musical puppet show that's perfect for children under 10 and their grown-ups.

Tickets are just £5 each visit the link to our blog to book.

About the Show:

Planet Munch is a captivating blend of playful musical theatre with a meaningful message about eating well, friendship, and love. Tutzy, the cosmic puppet, lands on Planet Munch to help Brocc prepare for his big audition at the 5 a day Jazz Club. This delightful show features life-size puppets, an original soundtrack, and loads of audience participation. It's a flavorsome puppetry treat for the whole family!

Don't just take our word for it. Here's what audiences have been saying about Planet Munch:

"This was a wonderful opportunity for children to experience a high-quality performance and get up close to the action. With a brightly colored stage set and beautiful puppets imbued with character, the audience follows Brocc on his journey to fulfill his dream of becoming a performer."

"So fantastic to watch, so colorful, funny, clever, and the puppets were beautiful. We were thrilled to watch, and we're hoping for more shows like this!"

Meet the Puppets:
After the show, you'll have the chance to meet the new puppets, including Omega Always, a fun and playful mermaid character with a beautiful singing voice that leaves people in a dream-like state. Omega Always represents the flexible and rich Omega 3 fats (long-chain fatty acid that comes from kelp).

Behind the Scenes:
Planet Munch Puppets came to life as part of the Planet Munch Healthy Lifestyle Programme in partnership with the GOSH Institute of Child Health and Watford-based experts in early years nutrition. Nysa Projects collaborated to create a learning environment with a bespoke soundtrack, scenic backdrops, and character puppets. These artistic elements were woven into the story, co-created with families attending 24 creative learning sessions filled with healthy nutrition, art, music, and dancing.

Next Steps:
Nysa Projects is preparing to take the puppets on a road trip outside of Hertfordshire. If you're interested in collaborating with us, please don't hesitate to reach out.
