Mike Rollins Artist and Designer

I'm an artist and designer based in Hitchin.

As a fine artist, I paint landscapes and cityscapes in a variety of media. My paintings aim to evoke the drama and mystery of rugged landscapes and ancient buildings - the past bleeding into the present.

As well as running workshops and demonstrations for art societies, I am currently teaching two courses at The Letchworth Settlement - 'Art of the Landscape' and 'Acrylic Painting'.

I have also produced 'step-by-step' articles for Leisure Painter magazine, and will again be featured in a number of issues in the coming year.

I have exhibited in various locations throughout Hertfordshire and West London and recently won the St Cuthberts Mill Award at The Artist Magazine Open Competition, Patchings Art Centre, Notts.
