Project 480/270

The team behind Project 480/270 are happy to announce the launch of a storytelling arts and crafts workshop taking place on the 14th of March at the Packhorse Shopping Centre, between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. This is a project led by Art and Design postgraduate students at The University of Huddersfield in collaboration with The Making Space Huddersfield.

Promoting one chapter from a bigger story with global impact, we welcome everyone interested in making and creating to come and help us weave a plastic bottle - inspired sculpture, installation and more. No experience necessary.

Through this project we will bring back the joy of making while learning, chatting and creating together.

Come and explore the world of arts and crafts. All materials are provided and it’s free!

We will start the day with a workshop dedicated to repurposing plastic bottles in both a useful and creative way. We would love your help and company!
