This is a poem I wrote about the day I met my boyfriend:
Waking up to yet another one of those mornings,
The heavy clouds of rain give me no warnings.
That i'd be falling like its rain drops today.
I never saw me, you or us going this way.
But mister up in the sky was up to his old tricks,
As he piled on the coincidences like bricks.
Those warm brown eyes remind me of home,
Somehow Torquay becomes as romantic as Rome.
I didnt see it coming but What a way to go,
The emotions pour out like a tidal flow...<3
