Free Taster Courses as Part of Mental Health Awareness Month

Throughout the month of May we are offering free taster courses to support the health and wellbeing of our communities.

The theme for this year's mental health campaign is 'nature'. Join us for a mix of crafts, mindfulness and exercise that encourage both a love of learning and appreciation of nature.
