Imagination Arts are specialists at providing dance for those who are rarely offered it. We work with older people; those with a disability or long-term condition; those with Dementia; those with Parkinson's; women's groups; and networks aimed at fighting social isolation. We can provide seated or standing sessions and all of our sessions can be adapted to suit the individual. Our instructors are trained and experienced in working in community dance and they are all passionate about using dance to enhance a healthy body and healthy mind, as well as forming community relationships and fighting loneliness!
