True story drama based on the book by Aileen Mioko Smith and Eugene Smith. Smith's photographic exposure, in the early 1970's, of the coastal city ravaged by a neurological disease caused by severe mercury poisoning. Johnny Depp with Bill Nighy, Mitsuo Yamazaki.
