A fun dance workshop for adults of all ages - no previous dance experience is necessary.

Co-created in collaboration with professional artists, dancer - Tim Casson and technologist - Tom Butterworth, the workshop will be led by a performance group of Hertfordshire adults who will also perform a short dance work.

The session explores control and manipulation - a playground of movement activity and big buttons to press!
