Hertfordshire Libraries – rooms and spaces for hire

Hertfordshire Libraries has a number of meeting rooms and flexible spaces available for hire across the county at very competitive rates. Our libraries are visited by thousands of customers every week, making them ideally situated spaces at the heart of communities - perfect for meetings, seminars, events, learning activities, launches and gatherings. All locations have nearby public parking facilities, and nearly all have disabled access. Some of our library buildings can also be hired out-of-hours for your event.

Space capacity ranges from small rooms seating 4 people to halls seating up to 70 people. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, with tables and chairs that can be configured to your particular needs.
Some meeting rooms include the following facilities: -
• a flipchart stand;
• computers;
• PC compatible projectors;
• large interactive screens;
• hot water urns for making tea and coffee
