• Salary: £28,331 to £30,942 pro-rata pa with potential to progress to £33,797 by annual increments on achieving designated skills and experience.

• Grade: UH6

• FTE: Part-time, working 18.5 hours per week (0.5)

• Duration of Contract: Fixed term 18 months with the possibility to extend for further 6 months

As a HECP project officer, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the objectives outlined in the Partnership Investment programme for Hertfordshire's Cultural Education Partnership (HCEP). This includes managing all phases and strands of the programme, liaising with investors and stakeholders, and reporting on its progress.

We are looking for an experienced project manager with experience of devising and delivering project management for arts, cultural or heritage organisations to support the work of the HCEP as it moves into the second phase of a Partnership Investment. The Project Officer will bring an excellent understanding of arts and cultural education and the importance of children and young people's voice in project development along with a proven track record of delivering successful activities working with a mix of stakeholders such as schools, cultural providers and Local Authorities. Experience of report-writing in arts, culture or heritage sector is also essential. Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office will be supported with excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable them to positively engage colleagues, customers and stakeholders to establish good working and partnerships relations.

> Qualifications required <

• Minimum of an Honours Degree in relevant subject including arts, business and/or marketing or relevant work experience
