HCEP Evaluator

Hertfordshire Cultural Education Partnership (HCEP) is seeking to commission an individual or organisation to evaluate a creative programme working directly with education and cultural sectors within Hertfordshire, supported by Royal Opera House Bridge (ROHB). This is an opportunity to play a key role in monitoring and evaluating an 8-month initiative that will run from May 2021 to December 2021, delivered by cultural providers and working alongside primary/secondary schools and creative industries. The cultural provider(s) to deliver the project will be selected in late April.

The Evaluator will be responsible for the overall evaluation of the test and trial programme, devising an evaluation framework and producing interim and final evaluation reports. Using a formative approach, the evaluator will support us in understanding the criteria for success for the programme of activity and make recommendations for its development. The gathering and collation of evidence and data will be supported by the cultural provider.
