A Christmas Celebration - Carols for Choir and Audience

Harpenden Choral Society will be performing their Christmas carol concert on Tuesday 20th December at 7:30 pm at the High Street Methodist Church, Harpenden, featuring traditional yuletide favourites for choir and audience. Conducted by John Andrews and accompanied on the organ by Peter Hopkins with tenor soloist Christopher Turner, this annual Christmas concert has become a Harpenden tradition in its own right.
Seasonal refreshments will be served at the end of the concert, and there will be an appeal and retiring collection in aid this year’s chosen charity - the Luton, South Beds, and Harpenden branch of the Samaritans, whose services are most keenly needed at this time of year. Samaritans of Luton, South Beds and Harpenden have been in Luton for 50 years, and have spent all that time listening to those who need them.
