Hannahs Marketing Executive
We are expanding and looking for a Marketing Executive to join the Hannahs team, based at Seale Hayne near Newton Abbot. This is a fantastic opportunity to help create a new tourism and leisure destination in the County. The successful applicant will have at leasttwo years experience in a similar marketing role preferably in the tourism and leisure industry.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the marketing strategy to increase footfall to the Hannahs at Seale Hayne site, managing the marketing budget, commissioning design, print, distribution and web development, database management and PR.

Job Description
Summary
The Marketing Executive for Hannahs at Seale Hayne will be responsible for developing and maintaining the marketing strategy to meet company objectives. They will be responsible for the creation and implementation of an annual marketing plan but must also have the flexibility to constantly amend this accordingly.
Responsibilities
•You will be responsible for increasing visitor numbers to the site on a day to day basis as well as for special events and activities. While the focus will be on B2C marketing there may be some requirement in the future for B2B marketing.
•You will manage all aspects of design, print and distribution of materials including the production of briefs, writing copy, proofing and negotiating with suppliers. You may be required to take design templates and produce basic leaflets and posters to promote activities on site.
•To manage the marketing budget and seek out cost effective advertising and marketing opportunities, working with the internal teams to ensure the products and services and the marketing are in line.
•You will have produced a marketing plan previously and have tangible experience and results from the use of a range of media
•To monitor and evaluate advertising and marketing campaigns
•To organise photo shoots when required and attend events and exhibitions as needed
•To work with the team to maintain, build and ensure the database is updated and used in an appropriate manner
•To produce a monthly written report on historic and future activity and results
•When required you will need to conduct or commission market, competitor or product research to identify opportunities or improvements which can be made.
•To support the Communications Manager and rest of the team as required.

•You should be ambitious and goal focused, with the ability to juggle a variety of activities whilst regularly re-evaluating the priorities
Requirements
•You will have a minimum of two years experience in marketing preferably in the tourism and leisure industry. A CIM qualification would be advantageous but not essential
•You will have a passion for great design and an eye for detail, some design experience would be advantageous
•You must have a full UK driving license
