Summer Sounds with Musica Kirklees

The Friends of Greenhead Park are launching our annual programme of free concerts on the Greenhead Park bandstand with a special half day event on Saturday 2 July, organised jointly with Musica Kirklees. From 1pm to 7pm you can enjoy a feast of musical entertainment for all the family, featuring swing & big bands, African drumming, massed voices and more. Bring your own seating, and a picnic if you like, and enjoy a summer afternoon of music. A collection at the concert will go to the Musica Kirklees Gift of Music Fund.
