The FoBL work alongside Brixham Library staff to provide support and funds for a service that is at the heart of the community and meets the needs of all ages. We offer a full programme of courses and activities throughout the year for members. To join us you only pay £5 and get 5 free DVD's, CD's or book reservations. Pop in or call 01803 859870.

Brixham Library also offers a display space to artists on a monthly basis. ‘The Ledge’ is a an open area above the entrance doors to the building and is viewed from below, on the staircase that runs around it, and from the upper floor. The space has recently a glass front and full facilities to hang work and show 3D pieces.

Artists wishing to use ‘The Ledge’ should contact the Library on 01803 853870 to arrange dates and content. The Friends of Brixham Library request a booking fee of £25 per month. The exhibitor must have their own insurance cover.
