Making Tracks - LOST THINGS, Inclusive Outdoor Art Workshop

Making Tracks is a series of FREE outdoor art workshops along the narrow canal at Slaithwaite, accessible to wheelchair users. You don’t need any previous experience, all materials are provided, and you can use one of our ‘Mountain Trike’ off-road wheelchairs for the session. Learn drawing techniques, explore new ways of making maps and experience the local area in a novel way. Creative fun in the countryside!

Why do we put value on certain things and not others? Why do some things get thrown away or lost? Are the priceless artifacts we put in museums today just the rubbish that our ancestors discarded? Take a walk along the canal towpath and see what you can discover.
