An abstract artwork created by hand sewing strips of unprimed canvas together over a box canvas stretcher, then using acrylic paint applied with a cloth to create a ethereal base, which was rubbed with sand paper to remove any shine and leave a matt finish, with the exception of a single strong stroke of orange. Finished with gloss varnish over lapping strokes to add a reflective dimension over the matt canvas.
