ella forums NEW Trustees forum - Supporting Charity Trustees

At ella we are always looking at ways to help Charities and Social Enterprises to deliver outstanding performance and outcomes. To this end we will be launching our first Trustee forum on December 1st 2020 - 10am-12pm. We are holding a virtual taster session and would like to invite as our guest the Chair of any Charity/Social Enterprise (or any Trustee that you feel may benefit from attending)

Our theme for the first session is Better Relationship Management, and we will be exploring the boundaries between the Trustee Board and senior management.
The aim is to establish a group that will help Trustees add value to their organisation and have a positive impact on society, whilst at the same time, gaining personal and professional growth. The Trustees Forum will offer a unique method of leadership development to Trustees through learning and support from a combination of experts and peers in the same way as our established CEO groups.
The Group will be chaired by Gill Martin, Gill as had a long career in Learning and Organisational Development, working with big corporates, national charities as well as small businesses and is a fully qualified coach.

We plan to launch the new Trustees Forum in early 2021.
