Littlehampton Music & Arts Festival - 8-23 September 2012.

With the help of Littlehampton Town Council funding, Arts in Action is running a Music & Arts Festival.

Launching at the Town Show on 8 September, the festival aim to highlight and promote the amazing breadth and depth of creative talents in the Littlehampton area.

This will be done by encouraging groups of artists, musicians and all types of creative folks, to develop their own projects to come together to form this exciting festival)

The festival will include......

8 September: Marquee at the Town Show
Littlehampton Arts in the Courtyard - all types of creative arts on show and for sale, alongside music and entertainment, food and drink. Arts in Action working in partnership with 'Way out there & Back New Age Outlet', RAYDAR charity and Silk Road Restaurant. Please contact to get involved.

15 September: 'GET SCENE' - Youth Music Gig @ Windmill Theatre, in association with Cravin Tunez (Please contact us to get involved).

We need more artists to get involved. Please contact us asap with your details and ideas:

How would you like to be involved?
Are you just looking to exhibit?
Have you got your own venue?(house, studio, business etc).
If you have your own venue, can other artists exhibit with you?
Do you want to run workshops for different members of the community?
Has your organisation already organised something for this period and would like it to be included?
Are you a musician and would like to perform at our youth gig, arts in courtyard, or put yourself forward to perform in another venue around town? Have you already got contacts in the town that would like to be involved in some way?

Don't forget you can apply for Arts in Action project funding (please contact us through the website).
Deadlines for artist/project confirmation: Midday Friday 22 June. Please send-in funding applications before this date.
We will look at all application forms together on 22nd June (this is an additional date to the one advertised on the grant conditions).
Brochures, posters and banners will then be compiled and sent to printers.
Advertisements will go out in appropriate local, regional and national publications.
