Dance for Parkinsons | Support and Development Day

This valuable professional development day will help you connect with others working in Dance for Parkinson’s and offer opportunities for networking and information sharing.

We will hear the latest information from Kiki Gale - Dance for Parkinson’s Partnership UK and from Dr Sophia Hulbert about the latest research around dance and Parkinson’s. There will be time to exchange ideas and practice and to respond to related provocations. We are keen to discuss how this growing community of artists can be supported/support itself and to map current practice. This day is intended for artists already working with people with Parkinson’s or for those with an interest in training. The day will be focussed on aspects of delivery rather than initial training considerations.

Cost: £35
Afternoon tea will be provided, but please bring your own lunch.
