HeckmondLIGHT returns this November with an evening of light and fire artworks
This is the official Illuminations Switch On event in Heckmondwike, a town with an Illuminations tradition that is over a century old.

This year, HeckmondLIGHT will take place in Market Hall from 3pm – 6:30pm (£2 tickets available in advance) and Green Park from 5pm – 8pm (FREE).

Gather your friends and family to experience Green Park illuminated.

Explore the new and interactive artworks made from light in all its guises from gas lamps, flames, fireworks, electric and LEDs.

Rumour has it that Santa was last seen buying carrots for his reindeer in the Market. Can you help us to find him in the maze?

Heckmondwike’s Market Hall will be transformed into a cardboard maze with unexpected art lurking around each corner. With light projections, fun craft activities and live music.
