Creative Breakfast with Artwalk Wakefield

We’re rebooting Brigantia’s Creative Breakfast for 2020, welcoming guest speakers who have transformed their city streets, disused high street shops and public spaces with creativity, ambition and a DIY spirit.

For the first session, we’ll be welcoming Amy Lilley and Lucy Norton, the creators of Artwalk Wakefield, to share their experience of getting their project up and running and bringing local people together around creativity.

Not only a chance to discover local, national and international art, Artwalk is also a chance to discover Wakefield anew, with art galleries, historic buildings, cafe, bars and shopping centres becoming venues to explore.

You don’t have to be an artist or business owner to come along, but you’ll get to meet likeminded people, share ideas, learn – or just listen to conversations about creativity with a coffee and croissant.
