Open call for proposals, The Spring Arts and Heritage Centre
The Spring Arts & Heritage Centre is a small place where big things happen!
The Spring is seeking creative artist/facilitators to devise and deliver a series of pop-up events as part of our annual Family Festival in February 2017. This year the Family Festival has a magic and wizarding theme and includes a range of free and low cost opportunities for families to get creative together. The pop-up events are designed to provide families with a free, engaging and immersive activity at community venues across Havant.
