Programme & Community Co-ordinator - Bradford 2025

Bradford 2025 seek a Programme & Community Co-ordinator to work with the Bid Director, other colleagues, the Board, steering group, reference groups and programme advisors and other partners to help develop their programme for 2025 and ensure community engagement and outreach activities are deeply integrated into the Bradford 2025 bid.

The role is full time (£20-£25K).

The successful candidate will be passionate about the arts, have knowledge of diverse audiences and community groups from across the Bradford District. They will be a confident presenter and skilled facilitator and have experience of working with a wide range of people from different experiences and backgrounds including community groups, volunteers and a range of artists and cultural organisations at a variety of scales.

The role will be a full-time position for up to 12 months (with the potential for extension) working flexible hours including some evening and weekend work. It can be a freelance engagement, a shared post, or a limited term secondment and can be undertaken through a combination of home-based or remote working by agreement, details of which will be discussed with candidates during recruitment. The successful candidate will, ideally, have access to their own transport for which travel costs will be reimbursed.
