Learning Workshop Assistants, Yorkshire Sculpture Park

The Learning Programmes at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park encourage participants to explore the YSP outdoor works and temporary exhibitions through a range of onsite creative sessions, including regular Artist-led Workshops, Storytelling sessions, drop-in activities, facilitated walks and self-directed resources aimed at encouraging diverse audience groups to access the Gallery.

They are looking for pro-active people who have skills to help adults, young people and children to engage with creative activity creating a warm and safe environment. The role involves working closely with learning programmers, administrators, artists and educators in the preparation and delivery of learning activities.

The ideal candidates will provide a warm welcome to audiences at YSP learning and to support artists with all elements of YSP workshops with an interest in the History of Art and Contemporary Sculpture and a knowledge of access and learning requirements of different audiences.
