Community Music Audit in Kirklees - Commission Opportunity

The Kirklees Music Development Group want to commission an audit to map music in Kirklees, to include those who deliver it to where it takes place. They want to get a true picture of the wealth of diverse and rich music activity that takes place in Kirklees.

Individuals, partnerships and specialist music or cultural development companies are invited to apply for this commission.

The successful person/company will achieve the objectives through auditing and mapping:

• The size, scale and scope of community work delivered by music organisations

• The size, scale and scope of music community work delivered by non-music focussed organisation

• Community and volunteer music organisations and where their activity takes place

• Capture the extent and diversity of the music traditions, genres and approaches within our communities.
