Art, Culture & Heritage Project Director, Sheffield City Region
The Sheffield City Region requires capacity and capability at a senior level to support Mayor Dan Jarvis' ambition to create a step change in the region’s arts, culture and heritage offer.
To help them lead this work up to March 2022 they are seeking to appoint a senior and professional Project Director who will work with the Mayor, the Local Enterprise Partnership, the four councils from across South Yorkshire and national funding bodies on the development of a tangible plan of action at the city region level for art, culture and heritage.

The team is currently working remotely, with a phased return planned to office based working. The office is located in central Sheffield.
They want the right person with the right skills so they will try to be flexible in terms of both days and hours worked. But, the successful individual will be part of the team and will be expected to be available and responsive to the needs of the organisation and the role.
The successful candidate will be expected to take a hands-on delivery role in any proposed activity, including any administrative tasks.
