Things we need to say is the story of a man with a girl's name called Jane (thank you Firefly). Things were OK for a while but like many people, life started to get on top of him. In fact, he was at breaking point and drinking heavily. If that was not bad enough, things were about to get worse: Jane was abducted by aliens [*scary voice].
This album tells his story. The narrative weaves from points of hope to points of despair and fear, from his life pre-"abduction" onwards. Of course we have no proof of his abduction. In fact, we only have his word for it. However, how bad must a person's demons be if he desires to replace them with aliens?
