Do you want to get fit and try something new and fun?

Poi is a very enjoyable and moreish art form that comes from New Zealand.

It can be tricky at first, knowing where to put your hands, trying not to get hit by poi but experienced teachers Nick and Mikey will guide you through from beginners moves like cross over and butterfly angel bird to intermediate moves such as 5 beat forward and backward weave and lock-outs

During this 6 weeks we will also be rehearsing for our show - "A Circus Chronicle" after the session ends. If you would like to be in the show, you will need to attend every week.

Part of the course requirement is that you practise, so your muscles remember the moves you learn and so can advance further in the art.

November: 12th, 19th, 26th
December: 3rd, 10th, 17th

£35 per half term (6 weeks) or £6.50 drop in
