Presenting & Pitching Masterclass

Join the Hertfordshire ProConnect team for our next workshop on Presenting & Pitching @ Elstree Film Studios on Thursday, 6th September from 09:00-18:00.

Pitching an idea, yourself or your business successfully to a commissioner, an employer or an investor, can be one of the most challenging and intimidating experiences any of us have to endure.

The session will look at everything from body language, to posture, to breathing and what to do with your hands, and teach a series of techniques so you can feel calm and in control when delivering your ‘’pitch’’ – whether one on one or to a bigger audience.

This workshop is led by Grant Keir, an experienced film, documentary and cross platform producer. Grant is an EAVE graduate, Board Member of the Sheffield International Documentary Film Festival and regularly mentors and teaches pitching and business skills.

The Hertfordshire ProConnect programme is aimed at sole traders and small creative businesses, based in the county, working in or aspiring to work in the film and TV sector. It is fully-funded by Creative England and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
