Move Week (29/9 to 5/10) offers free or low cost taster sessions for various sports and activities, suitable for all ages and abilitiies including cycling, dance, tennis, walking, buggyfit and golf.

Love to Dance? There are two events on offer.

Sunday 5th October, at Valle Academy, Delamare Rd, Cheshunt between 10am and 2.30pm. Free acting, singing and dance workshops for children and adults. Please call 01992 622862 to book.

Friday 3rd October - there is an exciting programme of different dance styles available every Friday from 3rd October, between 10am and 12pm at Wolsey Hall, Cheshunt EN8 9AA (was previously at Flamstead End Hall but has had to move).
