Monarchs Way advertisement artwork

Expressions of interest are sought for some artwork to be used as an advertisement. The advertisement will be installed on the brick wall facing the A201 Monarchs Way, in Waltham Cross. Artwork should draw on the positive aspects of Waltham Cross High Street.

Submissions must be received by Friday 17th Jan.
