Moving Through Life creative dance group for older adults

NEW time and venue

Moving Through Life - a creative dance group for older adults - has a new date and venue. The weekly class now takes place on Fridays from 11.15-12.15 at Letchworth Sports & Tennis Club (studio). The new venue benefits from free parking and an onsite cafe for pre or post class refreshments. Its easy to find just off the A505 opposite the old post office at the corner of Spring Road.

MTL uses Laban Movement, a creative approach to dance based on dynamics of the body in space, body action and intention. It's a great way to express yourself and connect with others whilst improving posture, flexibility and coordination. It's also fun, playful and sociable. Previous dance experience not required.
