Make your own handwoven mats with rags, rope, twine and cotton.In this class we will use a variety of materials and look at ways of making your own yarns to enhance your weaving. There are so many ways in which you can explore your creativity on the rigid heddle loom!

This class will introduce the construction of hardwearing fabrics suitable for making mats and table runners for your home. We will be working with rags from recycled materials, rope of various weights, twine and cottons to create woven mats and table runners.
