Engagement, Marketing & Partnership Manager (UH Arts)

To lead the development and delivery of effective communications, sales and audience engagement activities to specified participants and stakeholders, working as part of a team with Programme Managers and the Head of University of Herts Arts Organisation. To implement and maintain an approach relevant to student and young people’s engagement with the UH Arts programme, including the development and maintaining of a strong on-line presence through digital production, assets and platforms.
To assist with the implementation strategy for sales and public engagement that contributes to sustainability, brand positioning, national and regional excellence and overall mission. The Engagement Manager will also contribute to the wider strategic direction and annual planning of UH Arts.
The postholder will work in an integrated approach with the relevant Associate Dean of the School of Creative Arts responsible for recruitment and partnerships to ensure a joined up approach to external and internal communications.
The main responsibilities are to achieve expansion of audience and participant engagement with UH Arts activities through a variety of means including attendance and on-line engagement, alongside the expansion of active partner networks.
