Casual - Duty House Manager

We are looking to recruit an experienced Duty House Manager for our venue The Weston Auditorium and other external venues. Responsibilities will include management of casual box office staff, customer service, volunteer management, technical and artist liaison, venue management and event reporting. We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals with strong leadership and good communications skills.

You will have a proven track record of working with the public within an arts or events environment. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience of staff management. You will have the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, showing initiative and self-motivation.
