Rayleigh Arts Festival - With Rochford District Council

Visit Rayleigh Windmill Museum this September and immerse
yourself in local heritage, culture and folklore.

This year's Rayleigh Arts Festival presents another innovative and
playful programme of exciting arts events inspired by the history and
stories of Rayleigh.

The Festival is part of the nationwide Heritage Open Days initiative – a
perfect opportunity to discover Rayleigh's Grade II Listed Windmill and
enjoy performance, exhibitions, workshops and much more.

The Culture Cart will be outside the windmill, teaching festival goers how to make bespoke prints form our Raleigh inspired carved lino blocks. We are currently taking submissions of ideas YOU want to see made into a lino print inspired by Raleigh and it's Arts Festival - Simply tweet your idea to @RALPublicart or @TheCultureCart.
